Customer and operational data is never repurposed, resold or shared beyond its intended use.

How is data separated between organisations on the platform?

Guided Home uses a multi-tenant architecture with organisational data separation. Each organisation’s data is logically isolated, ensuring that one client’s information is never visible to or accessible by another. Data ownership remains with the originating organisation at all times.

Who can access what within Guided Home?

Access is governed by role-based controls configured at the organisational level. This means site teams, compliance officers, customer care staff and leadership each see only the information relevant to their function. Permissions can be configured per project, per site or per portfolio depending on the organisation’s requirements.

How does Guided Home support enterprise IT and procurement requirements?

The platform is designed for regulated environments.
