Why?

Guided started from the idea that there had to be a better way to handover building information to residents and owners / operators.   

And then, we saw the tragic loss of life in countless building safety issues around the world and the impact of the fire safety and cladding scandals on countless owner/ leaseholders and decided to do something about it.
