One library for homes, plant and communal assets
Build the asset library from a global product catalogue, or create products from scratch. Cover fixtures, fittings and appliances in the home, plant and equipment across buildings and schemes, and assets in communal areas and facilities. Each entry holds brand, model, serial number, supplier, manual URL and visibility for homeowners and tenants. Bulk-load via CSV when you stand up a scheme or phase. On a phased development, a specification change updates centrally and applies across the assets and plots that use that product.

Stamp across individual homes or house types so matching plots of that type pick up the list automatically, including later changes. Reuse asset templates across schemes and the wider portfolio so delivery teams stop rebuilding the same kitchen, bathroom or plant schedule from scratch on every site. Assign to room types so matching rooms update together, and track serial numbers and placement for each install.
Defects, residents and a short surveys bridge
Defect reports can link straight to the relevant asset, so site and aftercare teams work from the same product record. Residents get a short bridge: the resident portal shows a room-by-room view with manuals one tap away, and Hugo can answer from the product data. Where the app supports it, surveys and feedback sit alongside that resident experience. This page is not a surveys product story. The operator record remains the source.
